"At our Vacation Rental, our commitment is to leave things better than we found them. We expect our guests to show respect and care for the property at all times.

If any of these house rules are violated or broken, immediate vacation of the property will be required, with the renter forfeiting all rental funds and the security deposit. Moreover, violations may result in additional charges.

1. No Party Zone: Parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.
2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited.
3. Hot Tub &  Pool Rules:
   • Swimming is at your own risk. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food, or glass in the pool or spa area.
   • Children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool or spa.
4. Lawful Use: The premises must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
5. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Any noise complaints from neighbors or anyone associated with the property will result in a 100% loss of the remaining rental amount, immediate departure, and forfeiture of the security deposit.
6. Commercial Use: Guests may not film, shoot photos for commercial use, stage photoshoots, or record content of any kind without prior permission from the owner/host. Violators will forfeit rental funds and security deposit.
7. Unauthorized Guests: Only those listed in the guest party may be on-site without prior written consent. Additional guests on-site will incur a fee of $100 per person per day unless prior to booking written authorization is granted.
8. Liability: Owners/hosts are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
9. Property Damage: Excessive damage to property objects may result in the loss of the security deposit, at the discretion of the owner/host.
10. Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with the premises and its use.
11. Hot Tub and Pool: Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Special risks may be involved, and you accept full responsibility for any injury, especially for children not carefully supervised or those with health risks, intoxication, or drug/medication use. Guests waive claims against the owner(s) for accidents.
